I look forward to hearing from you. I love painting the beauty around me, especially animals, wild and domestic, and the southwest landscape, with its strong light and subtle shades of green. Plein air painting inspires me, but so does working in my studio. I have been fortunate to exhibit in the area and to accept commissions. The past decade, after retirement as a professor at Arizona State University, has been a fruitful time for developing as an artist in oils, gouache, pastel, and acrylic media.
