Getting started with FASO

Well it all sounds so simple, but getting art up for viewing is a little tricky, even with all the built-in features of this site.  I'm going to start inviting my friends to view this site as soon as I get it constructed.  Reminds me of home remodeling - you're not ready to show it off until it's done... or almost done.

    What a gift it is to be able to take the time to do art.  I feel privileged indeed.  With the weather warming up, I am even thinking about plein air.  But right now, I'm imagining little portraits -- the kind you might put on your desk rather than hang on a wall.  Might be less intimidating for the subject!
